These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FamWeek mobile application ("Application"), developed and published by Jeroen van Dijk ("Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application you agree to these Terms.
By installing or using the Application you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
FamWeek is a shared family calendar application that helps families plan and view their week together across devices. The Application is offered as a freemium service:
FamWeek allows you to invite family members to a shared calendar via an invitation code. By inviting someone, you authorise them to view and edit the shared calendar's content. You are responsible for who you invite and for managing your shared calendar.
You agree not to enter information about other people into the Application without an appropriate legal basis (for example, sharing a child's schedule within your own family).
Premium features are unlocked via an in‑app purchase. The exact options (recurring subscription and/or one‑time purchase) and their prices are shown in the Application before you complete a purchase. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and RevenueCat.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
The Application and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Jeroen van Dijk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.
You retain ownership of the calendar content you enter. By entering content into the Application you grant the Service Provider a limited licence to store, sync and display that content to you and the family members you have invited, solely to provide the service.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for keeping your own backup of any calendar information that is critical to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, including any loss of calendar data or missed events.
The Application integrates RevenueCat to process and validate in‑app purchases. Your use of RevenueCat's services is subject to its own privacy policy and terms. The Service Provider is not responsible for the practices of third‑party services.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application or specific shared calendars if these Terms are violated.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
